Diagnodent is a fluorescent laser that finds cavities which lie beneath the surface of the tooth, much earlier than what is possible with x-rays and even the doctor's explorer! This advanced technology helps to preserve a greater amount of your tooth structure by uncovering dental decay before it progresses too far.

In most cases, because the decay is diagnosed in it's infancy, Drs. Laoutaris and Magliano are able to use the laser to clean out the decay, without the need for shots of anesthetic or using the drill! They'll then fill the small cavity with a bonded filling that blends beautifully with your natural tooth. Nobody will even know you've had a filling!
